2. What Personal Data Is Processed?

When you use the contact form on the RONCE website, the following personal data may be processed:

Identity information:

first and last name.

Contact information:

email address and, if provided, phone number.

Professional or business information:

company or business details, if provided.

Enquiry and correspondence information:

project details, service requirements, questions, explanations and other message content entered in the contact form; optional attachments and information shared in those files.

You are not asked to submit sensitive technical files or special-category personal data through the initial contact form.

3. Why Is Your Personal Data Processed?

Your personal data is processed for:

• reviewing your project or service enquiry;
• contacting you;
• matching your enquiry to the relevant RONCE service;
• assessing a potential scope of work;
• preparing a proposal or carrying out a preliminary project assessment at your request;
• keeping track of correspondence; and
• maintaining information-system security.

These are the purposes of processing.

Your personal data is processed in a manner relevant, limited and proportionate to these purposes.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Personal data obtained through the contact form is processed under the conditions in Article 5 of the KVKK, on the following legal bases:

• processing is necessary because it is directly related to entering into or performing a contract; and/or
• processing is necessary for the controller’s legitimate interests, provided it does not harm the data subject’s fundamental rights and freedoms.

Processing relies on these legal bases.

Separate explicit consent is not the basis for assessing your contact enquiry within this scope.

5. How Is Personal Data Collected?

Your personal data is collected electronically and directly from you when you complete and submit the contact form on ronce.com.tr.

6. Who May Receive Personal Data?

To the extent necessary for the purposes above, your personal data may be shared with:

• providers of website hosting, email, IT and technical infrastructure services; and
• competent public authorities where disclosure is required by law.

Sharing is limited to these circumstances.

Personal data is not sold or made available for commercial use to third parties unrelated to the stated purposes.

7. Personal Data Retention

Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the processing purposes and, where applicable, by RONCE’s legal obligations.

When the reasons for processing no longer apply, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised in accordance with applicable law.

8. Your Rights under the KVKK

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may apply to the controller to:

• learn whether your personal data is processed;
• request information about such processing;
• learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly;
• learn which third parties receive your data;
• request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data;
• request deletion or destruction when the relevant conditions apply;
• request notification of corrections or deletions to third parties that received the data;
• object to an adverse outcome resulting solely from automated analysis; and
• seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
